Our client  is on a mission to automate business paperwork and they are looking for someone to lead their sales in the social care market.

Founded in 2020, they have been working closely with a group of providers to understand the care market and ensure their product meets their specific needs. Now, they are in a position to offer their product to the market more widely – that’s where you come in!

We are looking for someone to lead the sales programme in social care. You’ll be working closely with the founder and will be responsible for developing and executing on a sales strategy for the social care market, including:

– identifying and contacting target clients,

– presenting our offering and demoing our product,

– regularly following up post-demo and closing sales,

– measuring the effectiveness of your strategy and iterating where necessary, and

– building a team as and when appropriate.

This is a vital strategic role for the company. You will have a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to be a valuable part of the company’s early growth.

About you

You should have:

– Prior experience of selling software in the social care market.

– A genuine and demonstrable passion for sales and making people’s lives better.

– The ability to work at both a strategic and operational level – be a thinker *and* a doer.

– A positive can-do approach.

Remote. Work 2-3 days per week or full time. Open to contract or employed.

£50-£60k DOE
