The Role:
They are looking for an exceptional, ambitious individual to join their London team. This is a broad role, ranging from forecasting and treasury management to customer invoicing and preparing board reports, working closely with the CEO and alongside the Financial Controller in India.
The role will be alongside the company’s Senior Management Team (SMT), alongside the Technology and Business Development leaders. The core requirement is to ensure the financial functionality of business both for current obligations and for the company’s ambition of long-term, sustainable growth.
The role will be responsible for finance including overseeing finance working in partnership with a counterpart in their India office.
This opportunity requires a good grasp of the day-to-day activities undertaken by teams, and the capacity to identify areas of potential vulnerability, taking a lead on addressing these directly where necessary.

Job Overview:
Day to Day running of the finance structure in the London office which include and not limited to:
-Prepare Monthly Management Accounts + B/S Reconciliations
-Obtain Customer Contracts from Sales Teams and manage invoicing/cash collection
-Manage suppliers and payment runs
-Maintain fixed asset register
-Process monthly payroll
-File quarterly VAT returns
-Monitor costs and suggest cost saving options
-Manage Timesheets submissions
-Assisting with annual audit
-Prepare and Review Cashflow Forecast with CEO
-Prepare Budget/Forecast
-Prepare bid pricing's
-Review workings/costs from counterpart in India

This is a hybrid and flexible working position with the office based in London, Tavistock, and some working from home. There will be occasional travel to customers and to their India offices as agreed and when guidance permits. Ideally, this will be a full time position but the client is open to 4 days a week if this is preferable.
