Our client is an asset manager specialising in launching and accelerating funds in partnerships with carefully selected portfolio managers.
They are looking for Senior Compliance Associate(s) to join the Compliance Team reporting to the Head of Compliance. The role is broad. It combines regular compliance monitoring, ongoing market abuse trade surveillance, investment limit monitoring in Enfusion, communications surveillance with in-depth and thematic reviews and ad hoc projects. The underlying funds are UCITS and AIFs.
The role will cover the compliance for three entities within the group and will consist of the following main responsibilities:

This is a full-time role, but we are open to flexible arrangements, including splitting the role between two part-time Compliance Associates.
The responsibilities naturally divide into two core areas:
Trade Surveillance & Communications Surveillance – This element requires real-time, daily oversight and would suit someone available for a few hours each weekday.
Compliance Monitoring – This part of the role is more complex but less time-sensitive, with a different rhythm. It involves deeper thematic reviews and structured monitoring tasks, which could be completed over 2–3 days per week or spread over several hours each day.

Salary: £80,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)
