We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with experience in parenting, care giving or teaching.

This person will need to be embody our values of optimism, confidence, honesty, passion and integrity.

You will likely be a parent or caregiver who understands the typical daily, understand and accept your own imperfections, believe in self-development, and have strong self-awareness. You will be an active listener, a great writer, and have a desire to help make the world a better, happier place.

While the role is only a few hours a day now, we anticipate that this will build over time. We would love to fill this role with a person who is able to grow with us as a company. Ideally, we would hope that the person taking this role has a capacity to give more time as and when required, and as the business builds, will be able to extend the hours they are able to work.

As with any start up, we believe in filling the early roles with very capable people who are skilled and offer huge value to the team. And as with any start up, there will be an expectation that a certain amount of support is required with customer service, and administrative tasks.

Day to Day Requirements:

  • Work with Head of Brand and Head of Sales & Marketing to set the social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
  • Manage all social media channels Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Plan content and delivery
  • Content creation across all channels using multiple skills: Copywriting, photography, video, design (Canva)
  • Manage competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
  • Create engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Engagement across the right channels
  • Identification of potential brand ambassadors via social media engagement and passing to sales team
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming queries on social channels
  • Building followers across all platforms, group engagement and organic reach
  • Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Regularly liaise with team via telephone, email, conference calls

  • Budgeting for advertising
  • LinkedIn ad campaign strategy, targeting, development and execution
  • Previous experience working on a brand that targets parents


Design and copywriting, content creation, video content creation, project management, budget management. Experience of running campaigns via LinkedIn.

Agencies will not be considered.

At least 2 years specific experience working in social media management is required.

Role Type:           Fixed contract, part time

Location:             Remote / WFH. The team are primarily London based so occasional face to face meetings would be ideal.

Salary:                 Up to £30 per hour, based on experience
