You will plan, brief, schedule and help create on-trend social media content across a range of platforms. You’ll need to be comfortable overseeing multiple clients, each with their own individual content style, KPIs and deliverables.

Responsibilities and duties
Developing and implementing social media strategies across paid and organic social channels to exceed client goals and KPIs.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of all social media platforms and campaigns, including creation, posting, engagement and placing paid content.
Producing social media content calendars, working with the in-house content team to develop creative content ideas, and providing creative feedback on assets prior to client approval.
Leading on planning and creating original social content, working with their photographers and designers.
Working with influencers and influencer management platforms.
Proactively keep up to date with best practice and social media trends.
Sharing social media knowledge with the team and taking an active role in regular team brainstorms.
Working closely with clients throughout the social lifecycle – from ideation to reporting.
Supporting new social media business propositions and agency promotion.
Qualifications and skills
2 years + experience as a social marketing manager or executive, preferably in an agency environment.
Excellent knowledge of social media, digital strategy and developing creative content.
Experience with using all social media channels particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Confident working with influencers to create and share content.
Ability to delve into the detail and analyse organic and paid performance.
Exceptional client relationship management with the ability to build trust.
Superb communication skills with an enthusiastic, positive approach to challenges and opportunities.
Organised and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Educated to degree level.

Salary and benefits
Salary £35k-£40kfte* depending on experience
Permanent position: full-time or part time, min 3 days
