〰 Some of the most important strengths and skills for this role include: attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks in a typical day. We use MS Outlook, MS Office programmes and deliver our workshops via Zoom & Teams so knowledge of these packages is essential

More about the role …
〰 You’ll be working closely with our Co-founders Helen & Sarah, helping support them to ensure they have all the info they need and are always in the right place at the right time.
This role also works closely with everyone across our team – our Head of Learning Partnerships, Learning Partnerships Support, Finance Operations Manager & Head of Content.
〰 As a company we’re growing quickly, everyone’s role at Amazing If has lots of variety and we all support each other and adapt along the way.
〰 All our team work flexibly – you’ll need to be based in the UK, with occasional meetings in London but we’ll work with you to find a work/ life fit that works for you.
Team Assistant the what & the how of the role
Support: including inbox and diary and travel management for Helen & Sarah, management of new business & podcast enquiries, scheduling of regular team meetings, team 1:1s and away days.
Other day to day tasks: this role is varied & ever-changing! Other tasks can include: gift sourcing, external meeting room bookings, travel bookings, podcast guest scheduling, working with our clients & distributors to arrange book deliveries for The Squiggly Career & You Coach You, assisting our accountants with bookkeeping enquiries, ad hoc event planning.
Attention to detail: clear and simple communications and detailed meeting planning
Foresight: looking ahead at diaries and pre-empting diary challenges and decisions needed
Organisation: able to manage a busy role with changing priorities and meeting daily deadlines
Continual improvement: always looking for opportunities to develop and help make Amazing If better
Initiative and teamwork: enjoy taking initiative and making things happen

Pay and your working week
〰 £1500 – £2000 per month
〰 15-20 hours a week, spread across a minimum of 4 days a week
〰 Minimum contract of 8 months

〰 Regular team learning to look forward to – for example some of the learning we’ve

〰 Quarterly 121 coaching session with Sarah or Helen (co-founders and qualified coaches)
〰 We offer everyone who works with us for more than 2 months £100 to spend on any learning and development they’d like to do to support their role
