– Managing on boarding and off boarding processes for trainees
– Co-ordinating mentor sessions with trainees and mentors and recording attendance
– Co-ordinating trainee recordings with assessors and making sure feedback is given in a timely way
– Providing monthly progress reports to all trainees
– Co-ordinating additional sessions and working with trainers
– Working as part of a process driven and supportive team
– Running drop in sessions to support existing trainees
