|Role Basis||Contract / Interim|
|Company||West London GP Federation|
Would you love to work for a central London organisation that’s committed to collaboration and innovation across the NHS and fostering its people’s professional development?
The LMA West London GP Federation is now ready to build a fantastic new team to support our five Primary Care Networks to develop and thrive in 2022 and beyond. This role is an opportunity to truly support PCNs to flourish and to deliver local programmes of care for the benefit of their populations. We are looking for the right candidate to take up this new and exciting role immediately within our management team, which is headed up by the Director of Strategy and Partnerships.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Transformation, you will fulfil a wide range of business, transformation and improvement initiatives and provide leadership and strategic support to five Senior PCN Development Managers.
You will develop strong partnerships with our stakeholders and leverage these relationships to co-create programmes and projects that deliver quality improvement, efficiencies and innovation to General Practice and help us achieve our mission of improving the health of our community through borough-wide collaboration.
This is an exciting time of expansion for our organisation that will allow you to prove yourself as a leader of people and transformation surrounded by a growing value-driven team with whom you can collaborate and share ideas. It will be a rewarding role that will give you the platform to go on and progress your career across integrated care systems in the future.
What else do I need to know?
We care about a great job done well. We’re open to discussing different ways of making work, work for you. That said, this isn’t a fully remote opportunity. We require you to regularly join us at our West London offices, primary care practices and travel locally to meet with our stakeholders.
Who are you?
You are ready to take your capability at managing teams and service delivery to the next level. You can prove your passion for creating healthcare innovation, ideally through relevant sector experience. You love working in partnerships, thrive whilst influencing and enjoy building positive relationships. You know how to research best practices, work with data and develop an action plan grounded by analysis. You’re self-motived and not afraid of innovation and responsibility; on the contrary, it motivates you to achieve your best. If, in addition to all of this, you are a proven leader who can demonstrate how you inspire others to fulfil their potential, then this is the job for you.
