Are you a Turkish speaking highly organised individual, with very strong administration and support skills? We're looking for an administrator to support the founder of a business with a range of administrative tasks. Working remotely.
Our Client
Our client is a consultancy company working with High Net Worth individuals and businesses offering advice, guidance and practical management ranging from Accounting through to International Tax. This is a new role, created to provide much needed support to the founder and to the accounting function.
The Role
Reporting directly to the MD / Founder, and also supporting the accountant, responsibilities include:
Support with basic financial processes (training will be given if necessary), and data entry.
Provide some PA support functions to the MD/Founder such as diary management, responding to emails and producing contracts.
Translation work (email and contracts).
Relationship management/following up with clients and suppliers.
Onboarding new clients.
The Candidate
Our client is looking for a professional and discrete individual.
It is essential they have fluency in both Turkish and English (verbal and written).
Self-motivated and able to work remotely without supervision.
A basic knowledge of finance processes would be desirable.
Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
The Terms
This role will be based remotely, with very occasional meetings in London.
Salary c£20k FTE* dependent on experience.
2/3 days per week (or equivalent hours). These should be worked mostly within core business hours. There may be scope for these hours to increase should the individual have capacity. Please indicate your preferred working pattern on application.
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
NEST pension.
*Full time equivalent – actual salary will depend on final hours agreed.
