Hitting the 30k members mark has been a big moment for us. It absolutely validates that the time is now, and that ‘flexible working’ is no longer a conversation to be shushed, hidden, or stepped around. Through the past 6months, we’ve all proven it can work, and now we need to take the opportunity to be reset the agenda and ensure that old habits actually do die!
As September draws to a close, we are seeing briefs start to come in once more, and an increasing number of companies who have always waved the flexible flag, suddenly keen to shout louder rather than be hidden away behind companies who’ve only just opened their eyes.
