MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Business Support Manager plays a central role in the smooth running of the business, owning day‑to‑day coordination and administration. They bring structure, clarity and care to how the agency runs, enabling the wider team to focus their time and energy on delivering their best work for clients and supporting the sustainable growth of the business. Reports to our Senior Client Lead.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
● Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and organisational tasks to support the smooth running of the business
● Manage and maintain tools, platforms, subscriptions and systems that enable effective team collaboration and client delivery
● Complete the administrative aspects of project set-up and project close for all projects
● Manage formal documentation (e.g. contracts, schedules of work, POs) for employees, suppliers and clients
● Work closely with the Finance Director to ensure invoices are issued to clients and payments to suppliers are processed correctly, in a timely manner
● Coordinate management of expenses across the team
● Coordinate onboarding for team members and suppliers, ensuring a well‑structured and welcoming experience; coordinate offboarding and ensure a positive experience
● Maintain accurate records and documentation as needed in the agency
● Act as a first point of contact for practical questions and day‑to‑day administrative problem‑solving across the agency
● Deliver clear, concise and helpful communications to the team in support of the smooth running of the business
● Partner with the Senior Client Lead on scheduling and logistics for recruitment and team activities
● Provide ad hoc administrative support to Directors and the Senior Client Lead as needed

Experience
● Experience in a coordination, administrative, office management, or similar role
● Experience working in the following contexts is highly desirable:
○ With remote teams
○ In marketing
○ In a small and growing organisation
