EduQual is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and experienced team.
As our Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with colleagues in EduQual’s Quality Assurance and Operations teams, maintaining a reliable and robust records system in support of EduQual staff and our customers. You will work in direct support of the following EduQual staff members:
You will support the Quality Assurance team in maintaining and developing robust quality assurance systems for EduQual and its Centres, and will have some responsibilities linked to the development and credit-rating of EduQual Qualifications. Your work with the Quality Assurance team will include focus on:
The Operations team are responsible for maintaining Learner and Centre records, for the production of Learner certificates and associated verification processes, and for dealing with enquiries received by telephone and to our info@eduqual.org.uk address.

About you
Your work as our Administrative Assistant will often require you to adapt readily to a variety of working contexts, and you will have the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. Your interpersonal skills will facilitate effective and accessible liaison and interaction with EduQual colleagues and customers, through use of whatever medium is most appropriate to circumstance.
Please note that while we envisage this as a full-time role, we may consider a part-time contract for the right candidate.

This role is primarily home-based but will require occasional attendance of face-to-face meetings (most often in London).
Full Time Salary: £26,000-28,000 (pro rata for the right candidate who is seeking part-time work)
Annual Leave: 25 days (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays
