Develop and implement a focused digital marketing strategy aligned with the school’s vision and admissions goals.
Plan and manage online campaigns promoting enrolment, school tours, open days, events, and key achievements.
Monitor performance and continuously refine activity to maximise reach, engagement, and enquiry quality.
Review and refresh the school website to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and parent-focused.
Optimise structure and content for SEO to improve search visibility.
Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to improve enquiry and tour-booking conversions.
Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ensure all content is age-appropriate, safeguarding-compliant, and on-brand.
Engage positively with parents and the wider community through timely, professional interactions.
Work with staff to capture authentic stories, testimonials, and classroom highlights.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
Design and manage email marketing campaigns for prospective and current parents.
Support admissions communications linked to tours, events, and enrolment deadlines.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and enquiry conversions.
Use analytics tools to track performance across all digital channels.
Prepare concise reports on KPIs including engagement, website traffic, tour enquiries, and conversions.
Provide clear insights and practical recommendations to senior leadership.
Creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
Highly organised with excellent time-management skills, able to deliver impact within limited weekly hours.

Work Pattern:
Freelance / part-time. Approximately 1 day per week initially, moving to c.5 hours per week after setup, with scope for review as needs evolve.
Location:
Remote or hybrid. Ideally, the successful candidate will spend some initial time on-site in North London (Hampstead Garden Suburb).
Day Rate:
£300–£400 per day (dependent on experience)
