About Us
London Speech Workshop is a values-led communication coaching company helping people speak with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Through our Serlin Method™, we blend psychology and performance to create real, lasting transformation — for individuals and organisations alike.
We work with SMEs, charities, and household names including Unilever, Chanel, John Lewis, and the Bank of England. We’re growing across B2B, B2C, and digital — and this is a genuinely exciting moment to join us.
We have a lateral structure, a warm and close-knit team, and a simple ethos: our people should feel valued and know they’re delivering real value in the world. We look for good eggs with talent, heart, and grit.
The Role
This is a leadership role with real breadth — and real hands-on responsibility. You’ll shape how London Speech Workshop shows up in the world, across events, video, partnerships, referrals, email, and organic channels, while managing a Marketing Manager and a PPC agency.
You won’t just set direction and step back. You’ll be in the work — shaping campaigns, writing briefs, reviewing content, and rolling up your sleeves when it counts. You lead from the front, and your team and partners are better for it.
You’re a natural dot-connector. You can zoom out to set strategy, then zoom in to sharpen a landing page, brief a designer, or spot why a campaign isn’t converting. You care about results, but you also care about the person behind the click.
A Week Might Look Like…
- Monday: reviewing last month’s email performance with your Marketing Manager and planning the next nurture sequence together
- Tuesday (Farringdon): on a call with your PPC agency, pushing back on results and realigning on priorities — then a working lunch with the team
- Wednesday: working on the YouTube content calendar with our video team, thinking about what our audience actually needs to hear
- Thursday (Farringdon): sketching out the next event concept and briefing the design freelancer, before mapping out a new referral initiative with one of our B2B account leads
- Friday: a focused home working day — writing, planning, and thinking ahead
