Recruitment & Operations Executive

Hybrid | 3 days per week

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role with a primary focus on building and maintaining structured talent pipelines to support growth.

You will combine LinkedIn research and market mapping with operational support across contractor administration, internal recruitment and day-to-day business processes.

It’s ideal for someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently, someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to a growing environment.

You do not need to be a billing recruiter, but you should be confident using LinkedIn to identify and engage talent.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Pipeline & Market Mapping (Approx. 50%)

  • Build and maintain structured talent pipelines

  • Conduct detailed market mapping to identify high-quality passive candidates

  • Maintain organised talent trackers with clear engagement status

  • Keep warm candidates engaged through communication

  • Support managers with ready-to-activate shortlists

  • Support internal hiring processes when required

Operations & Contractor Administration (Approx. 40%)

  • Issue and manage contractor agreements

  • Coordinate timesheets and payment schedules

  • Maintain contractor and compliance records

  • Liaise with finance on invoicing queries

  • Track signed client terms and maintain documentation

  • Support HR processes including reviews and employee records

Additional Support (Approx. 10%)

  • Support networking events and logistics

  • Maintain light-touch engagement with placed candidates

  • Provide general operational support to directors
