We’re a small, design-led accessories and lifestyle brand looking for a hands-on Senior Ecommerce Executive to help us run our website properly as we grow.
This is a broad role in a fast-moving small business. You’ll own the day-to-day of our Shopify store, dig into the data behind how it’s performing, and help us trade smarter through launches, campaigns and seasonal moments. It’s the kind of role where you’ll be analysing conversion one minute and fixing a wonky collection page the next.
Our customers come first in everything we do. We work hard to make every part of their experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We’re looking for someone who shares this mindset.
You’ll report directly to the founder and work closely with our external marketing agency and freelancers across creative, paid and fulfilment. We want someone who’s comfortable sharing their thoughts and opinions, not just executing a brief. There’s a clear route for progression as the business continues to grow.
Fully remote, with quarterly in-person meet-ups. 28–30 hours a week, employed, with flexibility around how those hours are structured. We’re genuinely open to fitting around school hours or caring responsibilities for the right person. What matters most is initiative, organisation and output.
The salary is £40,000 FTE, pro-rata to the hours worked, based on a 40-hour week. The role is subject to a six-month probation period.
