We’re a small, design-led accessories and lifestyle brand looking for a hands-on Senior Ecommerce Executive to help us run our website properly as we grow.

This is a broad role in a fast-moving small business. You’ll own the day-to-day of our Shopify store, dig into the data behind how it’s performing, and help us trade smarter through launches, campaigns and seasonal moments. It’s the kind of role where you’ll be analysing conversion one minute and fixing a wonky collection page the next.

Our customers come first in everything we do. We work hard to make every part of their experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We’re looking for someone who shares this mindset.

You’ll report directly to the founder and work closely with our external marketing agency and freelancers across creative, paid and fulfilment. We want someone who’s comfortable sharing their thoughts and opinions, not just executing a brief. There’s a clear route for progression as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Run the Shopify store day-to-day, including product uploads, merchandising, collections, navigation and onsite content
  • Keep product data, tags, metafields and categorisation accurate and well-structured
  • Monitor performance (sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) and turn what you see into actions
  • Support trading, promotional planning and campaign execution across the year
  • Work with the marketing agency on PPC, paid social and growth activity
  • Run regular reporting, spotting opportunities rather than just listing numbers
  • Support SEO across products, collections and content
  • Use AI tools, automations and APIs to make workflows more efficient
  • Lead or support website improvement projects from idea through to launch, always with the customer experience in mind

What you’ll need:

  • At least three years solid hands-on Shopify experience. This is non-negotiable
  • Confidence working with data sets, spreadsheets and ecommerce reporting tools. You should genuinely enjoy this part
  • Experience managing product uploads and larger SKU catalogues
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo and GA4
  • Comfort using AI tools and modern workflows to work smarter
  • A real understanding of metafields, tags, collections and merchandising structure
  • Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus
  • Seriously detail-oriented. The kind of person who notices the typo, the broken link, the slightly off product image
  • Customer-first outlook. You understand that every decision we make should make life easier for the person on the other end
  • A self-starter who works on their own initiative and gets things done without being chased
  • Happy to share opinions, and equally happy to back a decision you didn’t make
  • You take ownership. We test things, some work and some don’t, and we’d much rather hear “that didn’t work, here’s why” than a lack of accountability
  • Organised and capable of managing your own priorities in a remote setup with minimal supervision

The role

Fully remote, with quarterly in-person meet-ups. 28–30 hours a week, employed, with flexibility around how those hours are structured. We’re genuinely open to fitting around school hours or caring responsibilities for the right person. What matters most is initiative, organisation and output.

The salary is £40,000 FTE, pro-rata to the hours worked, based on a 40-hour week. The role is subject to a six-month probation period.
