We’re working with a growing, founder-led communications and coaching business to find a Strategic & Commercial Growth Partner. This isn’t a typical hire. The founder is looking for someone to help shape and drive the next stage of growth, and to do it together.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with demonstrable success in driving measurable growth. They should bring a strong background in developing and executing strategic initiatives that have led to sustained business expansion.
The business has strong foundations, a respected reputation, and delivers high-impact work to senior leaders and professionals across sectors. The founder brings deep delivery expertise and a clear vision. What’s needed now is a commercially minded partner to bring energy, insight, and momentum to the commercial side of the business.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with the founder to lead commercial strategy and deliver business growth. This means identifying and converting new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and making sure the business is set up for long-term success.
This role is hands-on. It’s for someone who wants to make things happen, not just advise on strategy. You’ll be in the mix, leading conversations, closing deals, and helping to drive the business forward day-to-day.
