They are now looking to hire a Trainee Health Insurance Adviser — an excellent opportunity for someone with strong business development skills who wants to transition into a high-earning advisory career.

No previous insurance experience is required. Full training will be provided.

The Opportunity

Secure Choice helps businesses review and optimise their employee health insurance and protection schemes.

The business operates a structured model where dedicated teams handle lead generation, renewal documentation and administration.

This allows advisers to focus on:

  • meeting clients
  • advising businesses
  • converting opportunities

rather than cold prospecting or admin.

You will initially support advisers while learning the market, before progressing into running your own client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with SME business owners and decision makers about their company health insurance
  • Conduct structured fact-find and discovery meetings
  • Review existing insurance schemes and obtain quotations from insurers
  • Prepare comparisons and recommendations
  • Guide businesses through switching or renewing their policies
  • Work with the administration team to onboard clients
  • Maintain accurate records and follow FCA compliance processes

Training & Development

Secure Choice provides a structured pathway to becoming a fully independent adviser within 6–12 months.

Training includes:

  • Learning the private medical insurance market
  • Working alongside experienced advisers
  • Participating in client meetings
  • Running your own opportunities
  • Option to obtain the IF7 Health & Protection qualification
