Since 2014, we have supported more than 10,000 women to find flexible careers through free online and face-to-face training courses, career coaching and qualifications.

We work with a wide range of mums; from those who held corporate positions before their maternity leave, those on a career break, those that have faced redundancy due to the pandemic, as well as mums that just fancy a new career.

Along with helping mums gain skills that employers seek, we also help those looking to set up their own businesses, by equipping them with the skills to make this a reality.

Our training is conducted online, so you can learn in your own time. All our team are qualified trainers, coaches and have industry experience to share with you. You’ll be well supported on your learning journey too: we hold weekly group webinars, frequent one-to-one sessions with your dedicated Successful Mums coach and even provide support for up to a year after the course via our mums network.

What’s more, all our courses also include confidence coaching techniques so that you are guaranteed to leave with your head held high, feeling motivated for your next step.
